Available from stock, the tube furnace has a compact appearance, uses high-quality resistance wire as the heating element, adopts a double-layer shell structure and a 30-segment programmable temperature control instrument, zero-crossing trigger, and thyristor control. The furnace is made of alumina polycrystalline fiber material. Both ends of the pipe can be sealed with stainless steel flanges. The stainless steel flanges are equipped with air nozzles, valves and pressure gauges. When vacuuming, the vacuum degree can reach 10-3 Pa. It has the characteristics of balanced temperature field, low surface temperature, fast temperature rise and fall rate, and energy saving. With its advantages, it is an ideal product for universities, scientific research institutes, industrial and mining enterprises to perform high-temperature atmosphere sintering, atmosphere reduction, CVD experiments, and vacuum annealing.
