For convenience of use, PLC is used for program group control, and 0-99 groups of welding parameters of different models are stored respectively, and the corresponding group of values can be adjusted (diao) for operation. If the welding effect of a certain group is not good, the parameters can be modified individually, but other parameters will not be affected. It overcomes the tedious operation of machine adjustment when changing models during the production process. After successful debugging and alignment welding of each model of product, the parameters are stored. When welding a certain product, the corresponding parameters can be called up and then run. The solder joints are high temperature resistant and do not require any welding accessories. Ultrasonic metal welding is an efficient welding method.
Three、Structure and working principle
This machine consists of five parts: electrical system, pneumatic system, energy conversion system, power system and frame. The working principle of this machine is: it uses a piezoelectric ceramic transducer to generate ultrasonic waves, which has high conversion efficiency and stable working performance. By applying high-frequency vibration to the hot-weldable hardware parts to be welded, it causes the interaction between the surface of the metal workpiece and the internal molecules. Friction causes the temperature at the contact point of the two welded parts to rise sharply. When the temperature and friction are enough to cause the internal molecules of the metal to change, a molten layer will be produced on the contact surface of the two welded parts.
