This equipment is mainly suitable for packaging the top and sides of soft-packaged lithium batteries.
One、Working principle:
It is transferred to the head (copper) through the resistance heating tube, and the heat conduction effect is used to act on the packaging material (aluminum plastic film) of the lithium battery. Under a certain pressure, it is heated and softened, close to the molten state, and the pressure fusion is completed. . And top sealing and side sealing can be achieved without changing the mold.
Two、 Main features:
1. Unique safety protection and anti-scalding design, the temperature of the upper and lower ironing heads can be adjusted through the buttons on the thermostat panel and the current value of the temperature;
2. The head is made of copper material, which has good heat transfer effect, saves power consumption, improves work efficiency, and is more energy-saving than similar products;

Three、How to use
When the temperature parameter reaches the set value, hold the battery core and place the edge sealing of the battery core under the sealing head to align the edge sealing position. The foot switch is activated, and the cylinder drives the upper heat sealing head to press down the package and heat the aluminum plastic film. It becomes soft and close to the molten state, presses and fuses to complete the heat sealing and crimping action, and the battery core is taken out manually to complete.
