This equipment is mainly used to form polymer batteries under high temperature and pressure conditions. It mainly has heating and temperature control functions, pressure and pressure control functions, charging and discharging and data communication functions.
The whole machine consists of a 32-channel forming cabinet and a set of clamps. The clamps are distributed in parallel. The clamps are composed of 9 layers of heated and pressurized plates and 32 5V20A channels. The clamps and the forming cabinet equipment are integrated, and the whole machine has 32 channels available.

This equipment consists of four parts: temperature control system, pressure control system, formation cabinet system, and clamping mechanism.

2.1 Temperature control system

(1) The silicone heating plate is evenly heated electrically;

(2) Each layer of heating panels has independent temperature control;

(3) Touch screen + PLC integrated intelligent control;

(4) The battery core is formed and cooled naturally;

(5) Over-temperature alarm function.

2.2 Pressure control system

(1) 9 layers of aluminum plates covered with insulating paper are stacked vertically and pressurized;

(2) Intelligent pressure output control;

(3) Intelligent adjustment and control of multi-section pressure.

2.3 Chemical cabinet system

(1) Charge, discharge and overcharge and overdischarge protection functions

2.4 Clamp mechanism
